Nestled in a small village in rural Poland is a school of music that rivals those found at American universities. The Niwiska School of Music recently opened its modern and visually appealing facility that celebrates the performing and visual arts. An artist in residence at the Hupka Manor’s Community Center painted a variety of instruments for each designated room.
